How does the romance forum work and what goes in it?

I'm kind of confused about the part that says 'meet up your partner and plan your date'. Do we post a invitation to anyone (like, stating a specific type of person and how they would like the date to be and etc.) and then when we meet them and agree, we go to the other sub forum? Pretty much...what goes in it and how does it work?

well for the meet up. you can either ask someone to rp with you and plan it there orrrrr you can post that you are looking for someone to date and wait for someone to want to plan a rp with you ^.^ I hope this explains it ^.^
